Nano Drug Delivery: Present and Future Trends

Characteristics of the course:
Prof. Pathak currently resides at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Masaryk University in Brno, thanks to the prestigious Fulbright scholarship. As an expert in the area of nano drug delivery, he will give lectures on current trends in this field. Moreover, he will introduce listeners to his research and also touch on areas such as safety, bio-interaction, and the rational use of nano drug delivery systems.

This course is ideal for anybody interested in current possibilities in nano drug delivery as well as future trends. The course is intended for employees and students of Masaryk University.

with focus on herbal and nutraceuticals
The sequence of individual lectures will be specified. The specific topics of the lectures are not tied to specific dates.
Timeline:
- The course will take place on Wednesday from April 3rd to June 5th, 2024 (except for April 10th, May 1st and May 8th) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Dates of the lectures: April 3th, April 17th, April 24th, May 15th, May 22th, May 29th, June 5th
- The course will be conducted in a hybrid format, meaning both in-person in the lecture room in Pavilion of Pharmacy II, Palackého tř. 1946/1, Brno (room 135, building 45, VETUNI campus), and the individual lectures will also be broadcasted online (via MS Teams).
