Final State Examination
and Graduation

The minimal requirement for completion of studies is 300 ECTS. After that, students are eligible to take the Final State Examination and defend their Diploma Thesis.

The Final State Examination consists of five areas:

  • Social Pharmacy
  • Pharmacognosy
  • Pharmaceutical Technology
  • Pharmacology and Toxicology
  • Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Final State Examination, including Diploma Thesis defense, is always taken in oral form.

Final State Examination is held twice a year, once per semester, in January and June.

Before taking the examination, students must obtain min 300 ECTS, submit Diploma Thesis in the IS, and apply for the Final State Examination in the IS.
