At the end of your stay, you will receive the required documents - Confirmation of Study Period and Transcript of Records from your coordinator at the Centre for International Cooperation (CZS). 

However, some of you might need an additional document. Not all of the courses at our faculty are completed with an exam, some just have a credit test or colloquium at the end, so you might see just a pass (P/Z) mark on your transcript. But because some of our partner universities require their students to get a specific grade (A-F) for every course, you can download the 'Confirmation of Grade' template below, fill in your information and send it to the teacher of that given course for signature. Afterwards, also send it for signature to the faculty's Erasmus coordinator Ms Vendula Stará.
